I bought a new G34 6 months ago and it dies today. My cable provider confirmed it could not see the modem remotely, additionally resetting and power cycling always resulted in a steady light blue light.  So i purchased a new modem and it works great. How do I get a refund ?

Not sure if you can get a refund. You’d have to go through support and usually it gets RMA’d to be replaced. not refunded. 


Thanks. I was afraid of that. I can’t be without internet while they ship me a new unit, I work from home. I bought the same model, but will return it and buy another manufacturer if it doesn’t work out. Appreciate it
