I incorrectly bought a G34 modem from Walmart.  IN realizing the mistake I quickly turned around and went to return the product.  However, Walmart would not take it back and gave me a number to call.  That number just goes to a recording.

 

The box has never been opened.  I have been working on getting a refund for a while now with no success.  How do I get a refund for this brand new product?  Thanks.

I am sorry, but we do not provide refunds for products purchased directly from a retailer.  To get a refund you will need to go to your place of purchase.  we can, however, attempt to resolve your problem by troubleshooting your issue.
