I have a G 34 surfboard and I’m having major problems. The first one being it is saying that my Internet speed is lower than 100mbps. I have Dan several different speed test and they all come out the same. In addition to that I cannot get Wi-Fi connection on any of my devices like my printer and all my Apple products. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated thank you.

A good starting point to address the low speed issue is to identify the type connection of the affected client devices. Are they connected with Ethernet cable, or connected to Wi-Fi 2.4GHz or 5GHz? Are all client devices are affected? What is your subscribed speed?
For devices unable connect to the Wi-Fi network, you can try changing the Wi-Fi Security mode to WPA2 as some older devices cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network with WPA3 mixed security mode. Here’s an article you can follow. G34/G36: Unable to Connect to the Wi-Fi Network
