I have a 34 gateway and the wifi and ethernet speeds are extremely slow compared to what I pay for. I have a 600mbps plan and I get 150-200mbps on wifi and 100 on ethernet on the second port as the 1st port I only get 50mbps if anyone has any ideas I would be greatful.

In this case to isolate the issue could you please help us with few more information 

what ethernet cable you are using on direct connection?

Are you facing slow speed issue on both the band 2.4 and 5G as well?

Could you please help us with the name of your ISP.

 If other Wi-Fi sources such as neighboring wireless access points are using the same wireless channel, this may cause slow speed and intermittent connectivity issues, even if the competing signal is relatively weak. Changing the wireless channel within the  gateway can improve speed and connectivity.
