My sons Xbox shows up as one of the connected devices list in the app, but when I go into “My experiences” and I created a profile for him, then click his profile and “Add Device” the Xbox doesn’t show up as a device I can add to his profile- even though he is playing it right now - so it is actively online. Just not showing up. Every other device that is online shows up on the list I can choose from to add to his profile - just not the Xbox.

In this case we would suggest you to try uninstalling app and restart the modem for a minute then try setup the application then you can give it a try and if still same issue persist you can reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if the modem is under warranty.
