G54 can't connect to internet

My G54 worked fine for few months now it's flashing green light and won't connect to internet. ISP says it's the modem. It's pretty much brand new.

What light is flashing green? there’s several on it

You could contact support if its still within warranty.

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

Could you confirm if the Wi-Fi name is visible on your devices?

Have you tried power cycling the modem or performing a factory reset?
