I have purchased the G54 and either on the app or the web interface is not showing the correct/all amount of devices.

On the app, it is showing 5 connections simply called “Device”, all of them with a phone icon. Cross referencing the IP addresses from the web interface, only 4 of those IP addresses show up on both lists. The 5th IP address showing on the app is my personal computer.(The one I am using to look at the web interface)

On the web interface, it is showing 4 devices connected, again with the 5th connection my app is reporting being the computer I am currently on. Not sure how the device I am accessing the web interface on doesn’t show up as connected. It is also consistently dropping my phones connection which does reflect on the web interface but not the app.

THE ISSUE despite seeing either 4 or 5 connections here and there, is that I actually have 16 devices currently connected and working on my network. There are cameras that are not showing up that I need the ip address to configure amongst other random devices around the house. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling for the app interface. I have made sure to update firmware, as well as returning device to factory settings and updating and setting up the network again. Countless times resetting the device.

Even if a device is wired directly into the router, it also will not show. All currently showing devices are over wifi, but there are others like the wifes phone that is connected and not showing up. So it seems both methods of connection are equally effected. Lost on what to do next.

I have the same problem. I was able to get most of my devices to appear by making sure that they were powered on and connected when I plugged the G54 in, but as far as I’m concerned, that’s just a workaround.

Try a reboot?

Try a factory reset?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

Could you let us know the device’s OS and firmware version, which are not listed on the SBC app and GUI web portal?

Also, please let us know the browser and version that you are trying to access the GUI web portal with and the mobile device’s model and OS with the SBC app.

Could you let me know whether any switch is connected with G54?

I am having the same problem. I connected using an iPad running iOS 17.7.3. But the same is true with all my devices.

I don’t know where to find the firmware. Just bought the G54 4 days ago.

You can locate the firmware version by logging in to the GUI web portal, which is 192.168.0.1.
