After a year of using the W31 mesh, all a sudden, the satellite led turned red. I did a power cycle, the satellite turned back on, but couldn't connect to the main router.
Then I did a factory reset on the satellite (holding reset button for 10 seconds). When it came back, I tried to add the satellite, its stuck on the "Connecting to your Satellite" screen. No matter how many times I tried (even reinstalling the app), the app can't find the satellite.
Help.

In this case we would suggest you to try setting up the satellite by keeping the device next to the modem and the main router and if still it doesn't connect on the surfboard app please do reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance.
