bought 2 months ago, worked for a month, went on vacation, came back, and now it just flashes yellow, sometimes goes to blue for a few moments, then back to amber, etc. I’ve tried rebooting, even the reset button, same results.
Seems like a lemon.

Went through 2 hours with support. Tried all the power cycles and re-installs. Their solution? Wait a few days and try it again.

Hope your issue resolved or in case if the issue persist you can perform hard reset on the main router then try uninstalling and re installing app then setup the router accordingly. If you could help us the modem model number to which the router is connected that will allow us to assist you better.
