I bought 3 w21 mesh routers. Im on the latest version of the surfboard central app. My issue is every time is go to connect, the w21 starts to update in the app and never gets past the update part. It always fails everytime. I'm doing pass through from the at&t bgw320-500 router. Even the support were no help. Is there away to just bypass the update part? Any info is welcome thanks

I have 3 w21 as well and having the same issue here.Everytime I go through the setup and it goes to the updating stage it always gives an error 0000-1401. I have done resets on all three devices and same issue.Would really love a solution here to use these devices.
