I had to disconnect the connections to my modem for an hour. Before I did my lights were both blue. I did not notice the color of the Ethernet connector in the back. After reconnecting my modem my two lights are now green and the Ethernet connector is blinking amber all the time.

Is there something wrong? We have internet and wireless connectivity but is it the best or strongest as it was before I disconnected the wires?

Hello Jeffrmason,

Blue light indicates there is only Power on the modem , after connecting you are able to see a green light and internet is up and running now
