I have my set-up with Arris (my old unit), Netgear WiFi 7 Router and Ooma Phone.  I need to upgrade my Internet Modem to allow for the Ooma Phone, which is hooked up to my Netgear.  Which Arris Modem would work for my set-up?

Ooma phone is not compatible with Arris's modem/router.

Ooma is a voip protocol that directly connects to the router and not the modem. So you should be fine with any modem.

Arris has updated models such as G34, G36, G54, G18 and G20. These are the models which is the combination of modem and router.

Cable modems: SB8200, S33 and S34.

Could you let us know the product’s model number which you are using currently?
