I need to cancel an order I placed.

Also, it is ridiculous that I have to make a forum post to get support. The support site only allows you to use the contact methods if you have the serial number. I obviously don’t have the serial number because I don’t have the product and don’t want to receive the product. There should be a support number on my order page to get support for the order I placed.

Could you share the order number to check on this further?
