I’m having trouble with sending a Wake-On-Lan magic packet over my wireless LAN. I suspect the ARRIS router is blocking the broadcast. Please advise if I need to configure the firewall, and if so how? Thanks in advance.

That device is meant to be distributed by service providers, meaning that they will have the support for that device.
Now, depending on what you want to do, you may find some information online.
