It has been 2 days I am having very hard time to login to router page after I reset the router. I did a ton of research on internet and tried many different options but none of them worked.
I am connected through a LAN right now and I not able to connect through WIFI. There is sticker about username and password. It would be a great help if I can get this working. Thank you.

TG2492S is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
I have a similar problem with ARRIS TG2492S. There is no sticker with username and password. I searched on internet and I found a couple of usernames and apasswords, but none of them worked. I am connected through LAN right now and I can not login to Router page (192.168.0.1), it alwasy gives error (username or password is incorrect). Can someone please help me here. Thank you.
