When trying to log into the modem using 192.168.100.1 the page never loads. I used to get a warning that it wasn’t safe because the modem uses a self-signed certificate. I can’t even get to that page anymore.

Is there a place where I can find the certificate so I can add it to my keychain and trust it?

The name of the certificate is “HWROB Device Root CA” “HWROB Device Sub-CA 24”  “0000B4D2471B”

The error is "0000B4D2471B" certificate is not standards compliant”

I was able to extract the certificates using the FireFox browser while visiting the Arris S33 admin page.

I downloaded them,  imported them into my Apple Keychain, and trusted the HWROB Device Root CA by selecting X.509 Basic Policy and choosing “Always Trust”
