S33 solid blue but no internet on any devices

Xfinity says no issues on their end. When I try to factory reset, it just automatically connects back to Xfinity again, no configuration needed. I’ve tried holding the reset button for 10 seconds, 20 seconds, and 35 seconds (both with the coax connected and without). 

Connecting via Ethernet does not work either. I get an error saying the DHCP is unavailable. 

Any suggestions before I go insane?

Just need to find the modem is malfunctioning by connecting any device to the modem ethernet port directly and check the IPV4 address on the device.
