Arris S33 Boot file Corruption

Just looking for a way to fix a boot file corruption. Recently on chat with Xfinity customer service reinformed me that the s33s boot file was corrupted. Yeah it hasn't been corrupted but they gave me a service tuer upgrade and somehow it corrupted and not just stuck

Personally I think it's an ISP issue causing the boot file corruption.

Yes, you are right Boot file are basically send to the modem by your internet service provider so this can be solved only by them. Checking with your service provider support will help you in getting this issue solved.
