I never recieved a tracking number or confirmation of a purchase made over a week ago. Any idea who to contact?

I would suggest visiting www.arris.com/consumersupport .

Scroll down the page, and you can locate two options “Call support” and ‘Live chat." You have to select either one.

That redirects to ARRIS Consumer Care - Support Services


Call button doesn't lead to a number and live chat also doesn't lead to anything besides this community. USPS tried to deliver something today while I wasn't home and I am guessing that is my purchase.


After selecting the call button, that will redirect warranty status.

After verifying the warranty, that will redirect to the next step to reach technical support.

You can check with UPS through tracking number.
