My S33 modem is working fine but makes a lot of noise - a constant fluttering/chirping/skipping sound. I’ve had it for about a year but recently moved it close to my desk where it’s driving me crazy. Is this normal? Are there other routers on the market that are quiet? I use Xfinity. Thanks.

that for sure isn’t normal.
Is it coming from the power supply or the unit itself?
There really shouldn’t be any noise coming from it. It doesn’t have a fan or speakers.
So maybe a bad power supply or capacitor in the device maybe.

Thanks - it’s coming from the unit itself, not the power supply. I’ll see if they can replace it - good to know it should be quiet.
