Internet randomly went out and my S33 modem would do one white blink then turn orange and blink slowly and kept repeating the cycle. I tried a to restart it and even plugged it into a different outlet. Making a squeaky noise as well. Contacted xfinity and they are stating it’s the modem. Any help would be great. Also warranty is for another year. Now it’s just staying the color white.
