what device do you have?
You posted in the SB6183/SB6190 forum which is a modem only device. they don’t have wifi. that’d be the router.
I do have a router, it’s Spectrum. And… In red light blinking.

Router model - My guess is this Wave 2 Router (Model RAC2V1S)

ISP? How? Without the smartphone and internet, how?
Pick up you land line phone (if thats what you still have) or your simple phone and call the ISP. They need to activate the modem in their system for it to work. So you either need to call them, or activate it in their app. since you can’t activate it with an app, you have to call them.
Hmm it’s hard to be deaf to get it activated like that….
So not only to activate it in app by getting a new account/password but I have to call ISP too? Ugh
you don’t have to do both. You can do either. Either activate it through the app or by calling in. the isp has to activate it to their system and need the mac. How else would they attach a MAC address to your account?

I think I will figure out how to get it to activate by having app somehow.
You can activate the modem in two ways. You can contact the internet service provider and activate it by providing an HFC Mac address.
Or you can try with self-activation through your internet service provider’s mobile app.
