I have followed the instructions to activate my modem - SB6190.  The middle two lights are blue.  The online & power buttons are white.  I do not have internet access. 

 

In addition, the setup instructions requested I use the COAX cable provided by my network provider.  In doing so, I had to unplug the coax cable from my router as I only have one Coax outlet In my apartment.  I believe this has now resulted in my router being disconnected as well.  

 

Please advise.  

 

Yes to activate SB6190 you need to connect device to the power and coax cable and please contact your service provider for modem activation once your device is activated  you can connect router to the modem LAN port and to the router WAN port then you can access WIFI from the router.
