My PC isn't receiving an internet connection from my surfboard modem. I talked to Xfinity and there's no issues on their side. All the lights are the colors they are supposed to be. (Green blue blue green) but I'm getting no internet through the ethernet cable. I've tried several cables as well and it hasn't helped. Everything is plugged in correctly as well. I've tried resetting the PC numerous times and the modem as well. I've tried turning my firewall off and that doesn't work either. I can't think of anything else I can possibly do. 

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. 

Please check the light at the back of the modem on the ethernet port whether its flashing green or amber or its OFF, try using different ethernet cable and also check whether the modem is getting proper IP address from the service provider or direct connection using command prompt.
