i’ve been trying to set up my modem to no avail
i had this modem and a tplink router set up at my previous address, using xfinity
i’m trying to install it now, but the globe button won’t turn on and connect to the internet. i called xfinity and they said it all looks good on their end. i’ve unplugged and reset a few times, but still nothing.
+41The globe is the online connection. If xfinity says it looks good, it should be lit up.
Are you able to log into the modem with a pc/laptop and see its cable connections page and event logs?
I’d also have them try to reprovision it.
