Accessing WebManager

New Surfboard 8200 User. I can access the WebManager fine with a computer plugged directly in. Should I also be able to access it when the computer is going through my switch>router>modem? It doesn’t connect for me.

One of the other posts describe a user that changed his routers lan address and then could access it. Might be worth trying. (shouldn’t be needed to do)

S33 cannot access webmanager after switching to this modem from a netgear cm1000 | Community (surfboard.com)

Hello tcanavan

It should let you do it, but we highly encourage to have a direct connection since the router or switch might interfere.
