I just got it in today.. so far so good.
I did have problems with the default login 3 or 4 tries and it finally worked with the last 8 digits of the serial number.

You never know when an ISP will update. Arris can have firmware updates and send it to the ISP but the ISP has to certify it before they send it out. And it costs them $ to certify so unless its a truly critical error, they don’t do much with it. Its a bit sad and one reason you find people recommend buying a modem separate from the router.
