I tried going to the support site and entering my serial number, but it keeps saying “We were unable to locate your serial number”   I’ve only had the modem for a year and a few months. I need a way to contact to get a refund because it is supposed to have a 2 year warranty. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips I could find online. When its plugged in I only have the power light turn on and nothing else.
