New to me SB8200 which replaced my CM8200A. Last night I got into the modem with the 8 digit serial number. After getting in, it asked to reset the password. Did that and copied the password to a file in case I need it. Was working fine. This morning I tried to get in with the new password and it failed to do so. Tried the 8 digits SN and it failed. Tried the “password” and it failed.
I doubt this is normal because I haven’t seem much info here on failed passwords. By the way, I am using “admin” as the log in.
