My SB8200 power light turns off every 10 seconds and when it turns off the upload link light turns on for one second. This then repeats endlessly. I've tried hiding thr factory reset button for more than 10 seconds and nothing happens.
I've called my ISP and they can't ping the modem. I've tried unplugging the coaxial, moving it to a different outlet, unplugging the ethernet and nothing seems to change it.
I've had the modem for 1.5 years and it's only happened one other time but the ISP was able to fix on the call.
Any thoughts here?
