My SB8200 and SB6183 only get one upstream locked channel at 35.6Mhz. I see many posters have 4 locked upstream channels. How have other folks resolved this issue?
Channel ID | Lock Status | US Channel Type | Frequency | Width | Power |
4 | Locked | SC-QAM | 35600000 Hz | 6400000 | 38.3 dBmV |
Also the SB8200 on power-cycle takes 18 minutes to lock the upstream channel. The upstream channel tests 16.4, 22.8, 29.2 at different send power levels, till it reaches 35.6 and acquires lock. Has anybody else faced this problem.
