My Arris SBG10 is only 26 months old & I am not connected to the Internet. I have reset it, unplugged & replugged it in a different outlet & I don't have ANY lights lit up on the Arris SBG10.

I just missed out on the warranty by 2 months. Is it possible that the Arris is shot?

Sorry to know that the modem has no lights, try doing a reset and still if there are no lights on the modem then it seems the modem is defective
