I actually finally got connected but could not edit the question line, however I still cannot connect to the 192. site and the android app will not download on current android. How do I access this modem to change the settings? Thank you.

In this case you can try performing hard reset on the modem by press and hold the reset button for 30 secs at the back and oc ethe modem reboots completely you can connect any device to the modem wifi network and try accessing modem GUI using the steps mentioned on the below link. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network.
