Is there a way to reset the password on my Surfboard SBG7400AC2 without having to reset it to factory settings?  I did a reset years ago and ended up clearing information from the system that required us to have the company that set it up come back out and reset our systems.  So, I’m trying to avoid that since they’re no longer in business.  

In this case are you trying to reset the password for the modem login or the wifi password?

You can change the credentials by accessing modem GUI on the device connected to the modem network or to the modem directly.

Do you have surfboard central app?
