WiFi says it is connected but it’s not working. Tried to connect the TV to the WiFi and says not able to connect to server. How do I fix this? 

Could you please help us with few more details to help you on this.

To which network you are connecting the TV 2.4 or 5G?

Do you have any other devices connected to modem network and working fine with internet?

LED light status on the modem.


We use 5G. 
no other devices are working or connecting to the network. 
all the lights are on on the modem.  


I would suggest connecting the TV with 2.4G network after changing the security mode.

To change the security mode> login the web portal which is 192.168.0.1.

After logged in, please select Gateway>Summary>Connection>Networks> Edit for 2.4G network and then change the security mode as WPAWPA2-PSK(AES/TKIP).
