How come the chat feature never works for customer support?

 

How come I can’t call customer support?

 

My app doesn’t work.  I don’t remember my login and there is no reset.

 

This is an obnoxious company.

You can reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport to get phone support or chat support from Arris if the modem is under warranty. There is no option to reset login credentials to change the password on Surfboard central app only way is to perform hard reset on the modem then you need to setup app again. please check for the following steps to perform hard reset on the modem and to setup app.
