I got the SBG8300 a few weeks ago and having some video lagging issues with my laptop. I’m paying for 400Mbps. The laptop has an Intel wireless-AC 9560 Channel Bandwidth of 160MHz on 5GHz. I did SpeedTest from about 30ft from the router. and get about 100Mbps. My iPhone gets 375Mbps from the same spot. I don’t know about the wireless on the iPhone but is this a fair comparison?
Does the SBG8300 go to 160 or is 80MHz max? Would it help if I had a 160MHz router?

SBG8300 can go only up to 80MHz, that is the max for this particular model so you can try changing the bandwidth on your modem settings and monitor connection and also if this issue occurs on one particular device we would suggest you to configure the device settings or you can also check with the device manufacturer for more options.
