Wi-Fi light is still blinking on new set up- how long until it should stop? Been 15 minutes

If the wifi light are blinking in slow Green - No clients found (5 GHz or dual-band)
If the wifi LED is blinking fast Green- Clients with active traffic/WPS (5 GHz or dual-band)
You can try restarting modem or power cycle the modem for a minute then check the LED lights again.
