I just replaced my xfinity wifi modem with the SBG8300. Contacted xfinity and they did all they could on their end. I ha e wifi but no internet connection. What do I need to do?

When you say they’ve done everything on their end, what does that entail?
What did they actually do?
What is the cable connections page and the event logs look like on the sbg8300?
Those help check the connection
Did Xfinity say they can see your modem online? Did they provision it, which allows it access to their network? If possible, please send a screen shot of the modem status page.
