The http://192.168.0.1 will not connect. It’s as if it does not exist. I finally was able to go to another webpage while looking for entry, (SBG8200), finding an SBG8300 access page beneath & accessed the numbers above, with https:// Redirect. I clicked the box “Proceed”, the page says “502 Bad Gateway. Certificate verify failed: self signed certificate in certificate chain”. Why doesn’t your own (ARRIS) web pages work??? Remind me again why I spent my money to not have access to my Surfboard???

On which web browser you are getting this error?

In this case we would suggest you to try on different web browser like Firefox or Opera mini if still having same issue only option is to reset modem then connect to the modem default WIFI network then try again. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network.
