I cannot get past the Captcha part of the SURFboard app. It is giving the message that I am not putting in the correct characters. I tried multiple times and even had someone assist me to make sure we agreed on the letters/numbers we are seeing. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix?

Well, make sure that you are trying to type the “alphabets” correctly as a capital letter or small letter. Check it thoroughly and try again if it doesn't work.

This may not be the answer, but for what it is worth.
I had some difficulties with the captcha, until I figured out that the ‘l’s” (ell) and the “i’s” (eyes) either look VERY similar, or the first two letters looked like they were leaning so close together and not definitely defined. I played mix and match and FINALLY got in.
