Recently purchased ARRIS SVG2482AC 3:1. WiFi is not connecting and when it does it goes off periodically. Customer and tech support was not helpful and since it is a 3 year-old product I was not able to get refunded nor any assistance to figure out why the Wi-Fi is not connecting constantly. They wanted to charge me additional money to service. The modem, and I was never able to get the help. I needed very disappointed customer and I will never buy an ARRIS surfboard modem ever again. The modem needs an upgrade and the Wi-Fi is not connecting, and I am not able to use the a product. It is a complete waste of money…
