I cannot connect.  It tells me Password Incorrect and I am using the correct password.  We have not changed password.  How do I recover or reset a password.  I contacted Optium and my internet is showing okay on their end. 

Is there something you want to log in and change? there really isn’t much to change on a modem. 

You can always try factory resetting it back to defaults


When I try to connect to wifi it tells me incorrect password.   


Well the SB6190 is a modem only device so it has zero wifi capability. 

That’d be the router you’re using.
