I HAVE A RESALE SVG2482AC SURFboard. I WAS ABLE TO GO ONLINE AND CHANGE THE PASSWORD, AND WHEN I TRY TO CONNECT TO MY LAPTOP IT ASKS FOR PASSWORD AND SECURITY KEY.
HOW DO I FIND THE SECURITY KEY, WHAT IS IT?

did you factory reset it before installing it?
