Drops internet  intermittent 

Wifi drops? wired drops? 

All devices drops? 

You have to help us out a bit with specific details.

its tough to troubleshoot when you don’t know if you should be troubleshooting the wifi or the connection back to the isp. 


Comcast has checked their  end and told us to contact  you.

My modem continues  to drop the internet  after  we have  talked  to Comcast.  Why is it dropping  our internet?


Repeating yourself doesn’t help us to help you. Details do. 

Just saying it drops tells us nothing. 

What drops? Wired? Wireless? 2.4ghz? 5ghz?

Does it say “connected, no internet”? Does it not see the wifi at all? Does it see the wifi but doesn’t connect? 

What happens to the led on it? 

What did comcast say (their first response is always, It isn’t our line)? 

Do you have screensnips of the cable connection page and event logs? That lets us have an idea of how the connection is. 

 


Believe  it's  2.4 gh says connected no internet,  page your  talking  about  how do we get that?
