Devices connected to Ethernet ports are no longer working, but Wi-Fi works fine. I checked the cable connections and they seem to be fine. I tried restarting the modem couple of times, but no success. This happened earlier and it got resolved itself. But this time around the ports are no longer responding.

We understand that your modem ethernet ports are not working and Wi-Fi works fine so in this case we would suggest you to try resetting modem without coax cable for 15 to 30secs then check the lights on the ethernet port and also try using different ethernet cable if still same issue persist you can check for Arris warranty support help in arris.com/consumersupport. Please check for the steps to perform hard reset on the modem using link below
