The power went off and when it came back on the top and bottom lights are white instead of green. I have unplugged the 3 plugs in back with no success.

Even after resetting modem and trying with different power outlet if you are having same issue please do reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport if the modem is under warranty for further assistance.
