I have been trying to install my new G54 modem, and it will not activate. The light is red, then flashes green then goes solid blue. Then after couple minutes it starts all over again. I have rebooted the modem several times. I have activated it on Xfinity network I am assuming but will not go online. Is there a problem with the modem? The app says to call support, but without Internet, I have no phone service.
