I have a new G34. I changed the network name, but when I try to change the password, the app thinks for a while and then goes back to the original password. Am I doing something incorrectly? Thanks.

In this case we would suggest you to try uninstalling and reinstall app then you can change the WIFI credentials on the app if that is not working you can access modem interface through the SBC application then change the WIFI credentials on the interface.
