G36 cant cast to devices on ethernet

I bought a new G36.  My TV is connected to it using a CAT5 Ethernet cable.  I can not cast to the television from other devices on WiFi.  I can't cast from a device on WiFi to a device connected via ethernet.  Phone, tablet, desktop, none of them find my TV to cast to if it is connected using erhernet.  If I unplug the eithernet cable, connect my TV to WiFi, I can then find the TV and connect.  This wasn't an issue with my previous Arris surfboard.  I can not find a setting that helps.  UPnP is enabled.  I also tried changing the firewall setting from medium to low.  That did not work either. How can I fix this?   It's not just my TV either.  My cable/TiVo device also has Android TV, it is also connected via Ethernet, and it is not available to connect to either.
